The Fuel Operations Administrator Specialist supports the Fuel Operations team by executing core administrative functions related to fuel transactions. This includes invoice processing, fuel ticket and consumption review, data entry, and discrepancy resolution. The role ensures accurate fuel data, adherence to documented procedures, and timely support of operational reporting and accounting close processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process invoices for fuel transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Review and manage fuel tickets and consumption records.
- Enter relevant data into systems ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with Fuel Operations Analysts and leadership to support efficient, scalable fuel operations in a high volume environment.
