The Opportunity

At Allegiantair, we are seeking a Commissary Agent to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth provisioning of aircraft for both scheduled and charter services. The successful candidate will be responsible for various duties including commissary operations, warehouse tasks, cart building, aircraft cleaning, security, and operational support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning of aircraft with necessary supplies
• Performing warehouse work and maintaining inventory
• Building and managing commissary carts for flights
• Cleaning aircraft interiors and exteriors when required
• Ensuring security protocols are followed at all times
• Participating in operational activities as directed by management

What We're Looking For

• A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Mandatory authorization to work in the US under Immigration Act of 1986
• Prior criminal background check is required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum one year customer service experience or equivalent training
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
• A people-oriented, motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stay late for irregular operations if needed
• Adherence to the dress code policy
• Efficient time management skills under pressure
• Completion of required training programs
• Fluency in English for communication with customers and safety instructions
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Possibility to remain in trainee status until successful completion of all practical and written curriculum upon offer of employment
• Airline industry experience preferred but not required
