The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director - Microsoft Engineering to join our team at CyberCX. As a leading provider of comprehensive cyber security professional services in Australia (nationwide) (nationwide) and New Zealand, this role will be pivotal in driving world-class cloud security solutions and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft engineering solutions to enhance our clients' security posture.
• Lead a team of engineers to deliver innovative and secure solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft technologies into existing systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal departments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud security and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our services.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft engineering and cloud security solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
