About This Position
We are seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Platform Architect to join our team at think about IT GmbH. As part of the Cloud Computing & AI department, you will be responsible for developing modern cloud platforms and creating the technological foundation for business applications and AI solutions. You will work closely with clients from the initial idea through successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Developing future-proof cloud architectures based on Microsoft Azure
- Moderization of IT landscapes by providing consulting services
- Design, setup, and operation of scalable platforms for container-, Kubernetes-, and AI-workloads
- Automating cloud infrastructure through the use of Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices
- Tech support and guidance to clients in workshops, projects, and strategic architecture and technology decisions
- Architectural responsibility for cloud solutions considering scalability, security, and operational stability
- Collaborating with customers, departments, and project teams to develop and implement sustainable cloud strategies
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Experienced in developing modern cloud platforms using Microsoft Azure
- A strong understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and stable cloud architectures
- Proven experience in consulting and guiding clients on IT landscape modernization
- Excellent communication skills for working with customers, departments, and project teams
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous process optimization
