Responsibilities
- Build Aleph's first-ever global performance framework from scratch, defining how to measure performance, incentivize impact, development, and behaviors and determine their link to rewards.
- Foster a culture of fairness, reward, manager credibility, and employee trust through the design of a robust performance framework that impacts growth, performance, and team unity.
- Explore the psychological aspects of performance, focusing on what motivates people, how fairness is perceived, and how managers can lead effectively.
Qualifications
- Ambitious, forward-thinking individual with a passion for shaping the future of digital advertising.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance frameworks or related roles.
- Strong understanding of behavioral psychology as it relates to performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a global team.
