About This Position
This is a senior leadership role with full commercial accountability for revenue, profitability, team, and partnership. The Country Head will own the growth of Aleph's presence in one of our most strategically important markets, India. You will shape Aleph's market positioning, deepen relationships with advertisers and agency partners, and translate global priorities into local results.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for an accomplished business leader who combines commercial sharpness with industry credibility. You should have experience in digital advertising, preferably in India or other fast-growing markets. A proven track record of driving growth and profitability is essential. Additionally, you must possess the ability to inspire a high-performing team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
