About the Role

As the PGT Finance Manager, Supply at Tranetechnologies you will guide core financial processes that support supply functions across 2 Locations. The role requires close partnership with operational groups to translate data into actionable insights, maintain accurate controls, and advance efficient resource allocation. You will serve as a trusted advisor who balances day-to-day financial oversight with longer-term planning needs, ensuring decisions remain aligned with organizational priorities. Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to supply operations
• Produce timely financial reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders
• Identify cost drivers and recommend practical efficiency measures
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment cases and working-capital impacts
• Maintain robust internal controls and support compliance requirements
• Provide guidance during month-end close and ongoing reconciling activities
• Coach colleagues on financial processes and data interpretation relevant to supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or an equivalent discipline
• Solid experience managing financial activities, ideally with exposure to supply or operations environments
• Strong command of budgeting tools, spreadsheets, and financial systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present clear recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across groups
• Proven capacity to prioritize multiple deliverables in a full-time setting at 2 Locations
• Sound judgment regarding policy adherence and ethical financial practice
