Position Summary

Core Duties

• Design, update, and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan aligned with organizational priorities.

• Assess control effectiveness, identify process gaps, and recommend practical remediation steps that enhance operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA or CIA strongly preferred.
• Substantial progressive experience in internal audit, including multi-year leadership of complex audit departments at the director level or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and generally accepted auditing standards.
