Senior Project Manager, Emerging Technologies

Synnex is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Emerging Technologies to lead strategic initiatives across our 8 Locations. This full-time position reports directly to our technology leadership and oversees complex projects that shape how we deliver emerging technologies to enterprise clients. Based in one of our core operating hubs, you'll drive cross-functional teams and drive measurable impact in a fast-moving technology landscape.

What This Role Involves

As Senior Project Manager for Emerging Technologies at Synnex, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of forward-facing technology projects. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business objectives into actionable project roadmaps while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Your focus will be on emerging technology areas—cloud infrastructure, AI/ML integration, cybersecurity solutions, and next-generation platforms—where you'll coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customer organizations to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics; create detailed project plans with realistic timelines and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, account managers, and technical specialists, toward on-time delivery
• Manage project budgets, track spend, and optimize resource utilization across emerging technology initiatives
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity and transparency
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in project execution processes
• Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on emerging technology roadmaps

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing technology or infrastructure projects
• Proven expertise in emerging technologies, cloud services, software deployment, or IT solutions delivery
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across organizational boundaries
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Track record of delivering complex projects on budget and on schedule
• Analytical mindset with comfort navigating data-driven decision-making
