Role Overview
As a Sales Associate-ANN at Store 1435, you'll be the primary point of contact for Knitwellgroup customers in Belden Village Westfield. You'll engage with shoppers daily, understand what they need, and help them discover the right products. This hands-on sales role values enthusiasm, approachability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable, attentive service throughout the sales floor
- Assist customers in selecting products and answer questions about merchandise and features
- Process sales transactions accurately and securely using company systems
- Maintain an organized, attractive store environment and keep merchandise displays current
- Support team members in achieving sales goals and store performance targets
- Adhere to Knitwellgroup policies, procedures, and operational standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service or retail experience valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and genuinely team-oriented
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and retail technology
