Position Summary
As an Associate (SAPT) at Lane Bryant Store 4809, you'll be at the heart of our retail operation in the Plaza at Cottonwood shopping area. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building product knowledge, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers in Albuquerque. You'll work as part of a dedicated team to drive sales and maintain the high standards that Lane Bryant customers expect.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right styles, sizes, and products to match their preferences and needs
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge about Lane Bryant's current inventory, fit, and features
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain store presentation by organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping sales floor areas clean and accessible
- Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to help customers discover new collections and value
- Build lasting customer relationships and address questions or concerns with care and attention
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer service experience or proven ability to engage positively with diverse groups
- Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality
- Interest in fashion and apparel, or willingness to develop product knowledge on the job
- Basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
