Dietitian – Primary Care – McMurray – Full Time

The Opportunity

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to provide comprehensive nutrition care that complements and enhances patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and dietary evaluations for primary care patients
• Develop and implement individualized medical nutrition therapy plans based on clinical diagnoses
• Provide one-on-one and group nutrition counseling and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Monitor patient progress, adjust nutrition interventions as needed, and document clinical outcomes
• Stay current with evidence-based nutrition guidelines and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with CDRB
• Valid license to practice as a dietitian in Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical knowledge of nutrition and chronic disease management
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment
