Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at iHeartMedia, you'll launch and develop new business relationships with advertising partners seeking to reach audiences across our diverse portfolio of audio platforms. You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive sales development team that uses data, creativity, and strategic outreach to identify and qualify opportunities that drive revenue and build long-term client partnerships.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume prospecting daily through phone calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach to build and qualify pipeline
- Research and profile prospective clients aligned with our target customer base and ideal customer profiles
- Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that position our full advertising capabilities—from podcasting to live events—to generate meaningful client interest
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads and maintain strong cross-functional communication
- Track, manage, and follow up on all leads with precision in our CRM and sales engagement systems
- Work toward and consistently achieve outreach volume and meeting booking targets that directly impact pipeline development and revenue
- Participate actively in team processes focused on experimentation, continuous learning, and measurable improvement
What You Bring
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales development, outbound sales, or similar enterprise sales prospecting role
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance creativity with adaptability in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment
- A mindset that thrives on accountability, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled selling
- The focus and discipline to excel in a collaborative, high-energy team setting
- Spanish language skills valued as an additional strength
