About This Position

Content Catalog transforms how architecture, engineering, and construction teams manage design assets—from Revit families to AutoCAD blocks. As Product Manager, you'll partner with customers and cross-functional teams to understand content governance challenges and deliver solutions that reduce rework and enhance collaboration. Reporting to the Manager of Product Management for Granular Authoring Data, you'll guide roadmap investments alongside Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Architects to drive long-term adoption and success in the built-environment software space.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy and roadmap for the Content Catalog product, balancing business needs with technical constraints
  • Engage directly with customers to surface content management, governance, and reuse pain points within AEC workflows
  • Lead product investment prioritization to enhance content findability, quality, and consistency
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to build intuitive, scalable content management experiences
  • Align with partner product teams to improve platform integration and adoption of Content Catalog capabilities
  • Use customer feedback, business objectives, product telemetry, and technical input to guide prioritization decisions
  • Define success metrics and monitor outcomes to inform future roadmap iterations
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and priorities to executives and cross-functional stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with a track record of bringing software platforms or capabilities to market
  • Deep expertise in AEC workflows, BIM processes, and the practices teams use to create and govern design content
  • Experience discovering and translating customer needs into strategic product investments
  • Success influencing and collaborating across functional teams within matrixed organizational structures
  • Demonstrated strength in building trust and fostering partnerships with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of APIs, software integrations, and current technology platforms and architectures
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to establish product success metrics and make data-informed strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative product development practices
