Position Summary
As a Sales Associate at Carters, you'll be the welcoming face of our store, guiding customers through our selection of children's apparel and products. Core Duties

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals
Requirements
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and seasonal peak periods
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and helping families
- Comfort using retail point-of-sale systems and technology
- Physical ability to stand extended hours, bend, reach, and lift regularly (up to 25 lbs)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
