Service Colleague (Express)

We're recruiting a Service Colleague (Express) for our Asda store at EXPPFS – 5209 Canley Road PFS. This is a full-time opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced retail team and deliver excellent customer service every day.

The Opportunity

As a Service Colleague (Express) at Asda, you'll be at the heart of customer service in one of our busy convenience stores. You'll support the smooth running of the store, ensuring customers receive friendly, efficient service whilst maintaining our high standards of stock availability and store appearance. This is a key role for anyone looking to develop a retail career with a leading UK supermarket brand.

What You'll Do

• Provide welcoming, professional customer service at the tills and throughout the store
• Process customer transactions accurately and securely
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards
• Support the team in keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
• Experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not essential
• Flexible approach to working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
