Product Designer (chatbot)

Jobgether is hiring a Product Designer (chatbot) for a full-time, remote role based in Canada.

Role Overview

We're assembling a design team to reimagine customer relationship management for modern businesses. As a Product Designer focused on chatbot experiences, you'll drive the evolution of a Web SaaS CRM platform serving diverse organizations and workflows. This role is ideal for a designer who pairs strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving—someone energized by navigating ambiguous requirements and building solutions that scale across industries and user types. You'll influence both the platform's direction and its day-to-day user experience, collaborating with product managers and engineers to validate ideas and iterate rapidly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and discovery to understand customer pain points, business requirements, and technical trade-offs across different industries and operational models
• Design conversational interfaces and chatbot flows that adapt to varied use cases, customer segments, and organizational structures
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to align design decisions with both user needs and business priorities
• Question assumptions and iterate designs based on feedback, data, and team input to continuously improve the platform
• Contribute strategic input to product planning by identifying opportunities and clearly communicating design rationale for major decisions
• Develop systems-thinking approaches that create flexible, reusable design patterns across the platform

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing Web SaaS products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving approach and design thinking
• Comfort working in ambiguity and translating unclear requirements into concrete user experiences
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints
• Familiarity designing for multiple user personas, customer segments, or different industries
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Background with CRM platforms, chatbot design, or enterprise software is advantageous
