Product Designer (chatbot)

Jobgether seeks a Product Designer specialising in chatbot interfaces to shape the future of our Web SaaS CRM platform, working fully remote from India.

Position Summary

We're building tools for CRM platforms that power businesses across multiple sectors. As our Product Designer (Chatbot), you'll own the design of conversational interfaces and user experiences that work seamlessly for diverse industries and user personas. This is a full-time, remote position based in India, ideal for designers who balance user research with strategic product thinking and thrive in ambiguous, iterative environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on chatbot conversational flows, interaction patterns, and information architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS CRM
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable user interfaces
• Conduct discovery research and usability testing to validate design decisions across different user segments and industries
• Develop reusable design systems and patterns that maintain consistency while adapting to diverse operational contexts
• Challenge assumptions and contribute to product strategy, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and commercial viability
• Partner cross-functionally to solve complex design problems and influence product roadmap decisions

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for Web-based applications or SaaS products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving, interaction design, and design systems work
• Familiarity with conversational UI, chatbot design, or dialogue systems, or eagerness to develop expertise in this area
• Comfort working with ambiguity and iterating through discovery; experience with product discovery methods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Understanding of how business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility intersect in product decisions
• Based in India with reliable internet connectivity for fully remote work
