Product Designer (chatbot)

Join Jobgether as a full-time Product Designer (chatbot) based in South Africa, working remotely. We're seeking a designer to shape the evolution of an enterprise customer relationship management platform serving multiple sectors.

Position Summary

We're building a cloud-based CRM solution for diverse industries and business environments. In this role, you'll work across product and engineering to understand customer needs, translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, and develop design systems that scale. You'll move from unclear briefs to coherent, extensible solutions—ideal for someone who combines product thinking with user-centred design and technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to uncover customer needs and validate design solutions
• Design interfaces and workflows for enterprise applications serving different customer segments and industries
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries for platform consistency
• Contribute to product strategy through design discovery and cross-functional input
• Balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints in your work

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating SaaS or enterprise product design experience
• Systematic approach to problem-solving and evidence-based design decisions
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
• Comfort working independently in a distributed, remote environment
• Strong communication skills for articulating design thinking and rationale
