Your work will bridge strategy and execution, combining insights from customer behaviour patterns with creative campaign concepts to build programmes that resonate and deliver measurable results. Based in the UK and working remotely, you'll collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer behaviour data to identify at-risk segments and retention opportunities across the lifecycle
  • Design and execute personalised retention campaigns and initiatives targeting specific customer cohorts
  • Optimise customer journeys through strategic touchpoint mapping and communication planning
  • Set up and run experiments to test retention hypotheses and validate new programme ideas
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate retention insights into product and marketing strategy
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and provide regular analysis to inform ongoing optimisation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retention marketing, customer success, or a closely related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency with customer analytics tools, SQL, or equivalent data analysis capability
  • Hands-on experience managing email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, or retention programme design
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret customer data and translate findings into actionable strategy
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to own projects from conception through measurement and iteration
