Customer Centric Engineer

Jobgether is recruiting a Customer Centric Engineer to join our UK-based team in a full-time, remote position, helping enterprise customers harness the power of advanced data and artificial intelligence platforms.

The Opportunity

You'll step into a pivotal technical role where you combine engineering expertise with customer advocacy to deliver measurable success. Acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients, you'll identify complex technical challenges, design practical solutions, and accelerate their adoption of modern data and AI capabilities. Your work spans hands-on technical engagement through to strategic product input, giving you real influence over both customer outcomes and the company's direction.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and align solutions to business objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within data infrastructure, cloud platforms, and integration systems
• Design and implement tailored solutions that enable customers to realise the full potential of data and AI technologies
• Serve as a technical liaison across customer-facing, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration
• Gather customer insights and advocate for product improvements that address real-world market needs
• Contribute to technical documentation, best-practice guides, and team knowledge-sharing initiatives

Qualifications

• Solid background in software engineering with demonstrated expertise in data platform technologies
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems across cloud infrastructure and data environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or supporting enterprise-scale implementations
• Genuine commitment to customer success and comfortable advocating for customer needs internally
• Adaptable, collaborative approach to working in fast-moving technology organisations
