Account Executive

Join Scratch-financial as an Account Executive, working remotely from anywhere in the United States in this full-time role. You'll drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and deliver financial solutions that create real value for our customers.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Scratch-financial, you'll own a client portfolio and take responsibility for expanding revenue within your accounts. You'll prospect new opportunities, conduct product demos, and guide clients through the sales cycle from discovery to close. Working remotely gives you flexibility while remaining connected to a team focused on building lasting partnerships and hitting ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach through negotiation, contract close, and customer handoff
• Expand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell opportunities and driving additional revenue
• Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementations
• Log activities, maintain deal records, and forecast revenue using our CRM platform
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or similar B2B environments
• Proven track record of independently managing accounts and closing deals
• Strong grasp of complex sales methodologies and multi-stakeholder decision processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Self-driven, responsive to coaching, and energized by competitive, goal-oriented work
• Dependable home office setup with stable internet connection for reliable remote work
