Accounting Manager

Position Summary

Printec seeks a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial processes, compliance, and team operations from our Bucharest office. You'll drive accounting excellence, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with Romanian tax regulations and accounting standards
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members to maintain high performance standards
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and audit procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
• Analyse financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in accounting management or senior accounting positions
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with accounting software platforms and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Knowledge of Romanian tax and employment regulations
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent preferred
