Bid & Proposals Manager

Prevail is seeking a Bid & Proposals Manager to join our London office. You'll lead our bid capture, proposal development, and tender response efforts, playing a critical role in winning new business and supporting growth across our organisation.

Role Overview

As Bid & Proposals Manager, you'll own the complete lifecycle of our bids and proposals—from initial capture planning through final submission. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to develop compelling, compliant responses that win contracts. Your focus will be on quality, timeliness, and strategic positioning of Prevail's capabilities. This is a hands-on role combining process leadership with direct proposal writing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bid pipelines and proposal schedules, ensuring all submissions meet deadline and compliance requirements
• Lead proposal development from briefing through final review, coordinating technical, commercial, and operational teams
• Author proposal sections, executive summaries, and supporting materials that clearly articulate Prevail's value proposition
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, processes, and playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency
• Conduct compliance reviews and manage risk mitigation across all tender responses
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements and clarify scope
• Track wins and losses, capturing feedback to continuously improve our bid strategy

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in bid management, proposal writing, or tender coordination
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, persuasive, customer-focused proposals
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally with experience in bid management or proposal automation tools
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• A proactive mindset with drive to improve processes and outcomes
