Recruitment Administrator (6-Month FTC)

Prevail is seeking a Recruitment Administrator for a six-month fixed-term contract based in London, United Kingdom. This is an ideal opportunity to support our recruitment operations and develop administrative expertise within a dynamic team environment.

What This Role Involves

As Recruitment Administrator at Prevail, you will be the backbone of our recruitment function, managing administrative processes that keep candidate pipelines flowing smoothly. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to coordinate activities from initial application through offer stage, ensuring every candidate receives professional, timely communication. This role combines organisation, attention to detail, and customer service as you support both internal stakeholders and external candidates throughout their application journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review candidate applications, maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates, interviewers, and team members
• Produce and review recruitment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and job descriptions
• Manage candidate databases and maintain data integrity across recruitment platforms
• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding application status, interview outcomes, and next steps
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks including filing, printing, and document preparation
• Assist with recruitment event coordination and candidate onboarding procedures

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience, ideally within recruitment or human resources
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn recruitment software quickly
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Professional, customer-focused approach to candidate and internal team interactions
