Sales Director

The Opportunity

As Sales Director at Prevail, you'll own our sales strategy and lead the commercial agenda, reporting to senior leadership. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on sales execution, positioning you to build customer relationships, identify market opportunities, and deliver measurable revenue growth for the London market and beyond.

Core Duties

• Formulate and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market objectives
• Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the London region and wider territories
• Build and nurture key customer accounts and partnerships to drive retention and expansion
