About the Role
As a Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) Worker with Northeast Family Services in Southbridge, you'll partner directly with children and families to build practical skills and lasting stability at home and in the community. Working under the guidance of a licensed clinician, you'll help translate treatment goals into everyday progress. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive compensation, a collaborative team, and your choice of a four- or five-day weekly schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic training and support services to clients under the direction of a licensed clinician.
- Reinforce treatment objectives by teaching and modeling coping, communication, and daily-living skills.
- Support families in carrying over therapeutic strategies into their home environment and community settings.
- Document client progress accurately and coordinate closely with the clinical team.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with the children and families on your caseload.

- Willingness to work within a clinician-supervised, team-based model of care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Comfort providing services in clients' homes and across the Southbridge community.
