About the Role

Horizon Job is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Multi-Skilled Vineyard Worker to support our agricultural operations. As a versatile team member, you'll handle a variety of vineyard and orchard tasks across growing seasons, working alongside experienced crews in a collaborative outdoor environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform seasonal vineyard maintenance including pruning, training, and canopy management
• Assist with site preparation, planting, and transplanting operations
• Conduct pest and disease monitoring; apply treatments and cultural practices as directed
• Harvest and pack fruit according to quality standards and safety protocols
• Maintain vineyard infrastructure including trellising systems, irrigation lines, and access paths
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently
• Work as part of a crew to meet seasonal deadlines and production targets
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to perform outdoor agricultural work in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn multiple vineyard tasks and take direction from supervisors
• Reliable attendance and commitment to full-time seasonal work
• Ability to work safely with hand tools and follow safety procedures
• Previous agricultural or vineyard experience is a plus but not required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
