What This Role Involves

In this knife position, you'll operate cutting and processing equipment as part of our production team at our Eagle Grove location. Responsibilities

• Operate cutting and slicing equipment used in meat processing and production
• Process and prepare products to established specifications and quality standards
• Maintain rigorous sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines
• Monitor output quality and communicate any concerns to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with your production team to achieve daily targets
• Manage waste and materials according to company procedures
