Site Maintenance Manager

Prestage is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations and maintenance at our location in Camden, South Carolina. This is a full-time position for a skilled professional ready to manage site infrastructure, coordinate maintenance teams, and ensure operational efficiency.

About the Role

As Site Maintenance Manager, you'll lead all aspects of site maintenance and facility management. This role requires hands-on expertise in building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor coordination to keep our Camden facility operating at peak performance. You'll report directly to site leadership and serve as the point person for all maintenance-related matters.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and facility upkeep across the site
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors and vendors
• Inspect equipment, building systems, and grounds; identify and address issues promptly
• Track maintenance budgets, order supplies, and control operating costs
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment failures
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, or equivalent role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and lead under pressure
• Problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting capability
• Experience with maintenance software and basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications or college coursework a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the facility
