What You'll Do

• Assist in document review, contract administration, and regulatory compliance for active job sites
• Contribute technical expertise to problem-solving and process improvement across project phases

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy civil construction methods and best practices
• Experience with project coordination, site management, or field engineering
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Valid driver's license required for job site visits
