About the Role

This Registered Nurse position places you at the center of patient recovery in a specialized rehabilitation hospital. You'll manage complex medical and nursing needs for patients rebuilding strength and independence following serious illness or injury. Your expertise will be essential to coordinating individualized care plans, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping patients achieve meaningful recovery milestones.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized nursing interventions
• Administer medications, manage medical equipment, and monitor clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and care coordinators on rehabilitation plans
• Educate patients and families about recovery protocols and self-management strategies
• Document clinical observations and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide direct patient advocacy and respond to acute clinical needs with sound judgment

What We're Looking For

• Current Florida RN license (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Proven clinical assessment and nursing judgment skills
• Strong communication and collaborative practice abilities
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation care
• Current or obtainable BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively within diverse healthcare teams
