About the Role

As a Superintendent based in Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, you will own day-to-day jobsite operations for a contractor that has spent more than six decades shaping the infrastructure that keeps America moving. Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations across heavy civil and industrial project sites
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries to maintain steady progress
• Champion a culture of jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to keep construction aligned with project requirements
• Track schedules, productivity, and quality, resolving field issues before they cause delays
• Communicate consistently with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on status and risks

Qualifications

• Proven field leadership experience supervising heavy civil or industrial construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of infrastructure work such as highways, bridges, dams, rail, or mining
• Ability to read construction drawings and translate them into coordinated field execution
• Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability on every shift
• Effective communication and team-building skills for managing diverse crews and trades
