You'll work directly with our administrative team to deliver high-quality Spanish instruction to middle and high school learners. What You'll Do

• Design and teach Spanish language lessons aligned with state standards, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs
• Build student proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing across communicative contexts
• Incorporate authentic cultural materials and real-world applications to deepen engagement and relevance
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting instruction based on data
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to reinforce language skills and interdisciplinary connections
• Maintain a classroom climate that prioritizes academic excellence, mutual support, and inclusive participation
• Communicate with families about student progress and collaborate on student success strategies

What We're Looking For

• Valid Florida teaching certification in Spanish or willingness to obtain it
• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated expertise in Spanish language instruction
• Strong command of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and cultural knowledge
• Experience or proven ability to teach middle and/or high school students
• Passion for student-centered learning and fostering critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
