What You'll Do

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions using evidence‑based modalities appropriate to each client’s needs.
• Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward agreed‑upon goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive client support.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities that promote continuous learning.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements set forth by Washington state licensing boards.

What We're Looking For

• Active Washington state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist.
• Proven experience delivering outpatient therapy to diverse adult and/or adolescent populations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships quickly.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and a commitment to maintaining confidential records.
• Capacity to work a part‑time schedule while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Passion for improving mental health access and enthusiasm for contributing to an innovative care model.
