Learning Experience Designer

PrePass is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Phoenix, United States for a full-time position. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver educational experiences that engage learners and drive meaningful outcomes.

The Opportunity

As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll craft educational journeys that combine instructional rigor with compelling design. Your work will bridge the gap between learning science and user experience, translating organizational goals into learning programs that truly resonate with diverse audiences. You'll drive continuous improvement through research, iteration, and data-informed decision-making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop curricula, courses, and training modules aligned with business objectives and learning outcomes
• Conduct learner needs assessment and research to inform instructional strategy
• Create learning objectives, assessments, and evaluation plans that measure program effectiveness
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible learning experiences
• Build interactive and multimedia components that enhance engagement and knowledge retention
• Configure and optimize learning management systems and educational technology platforms
• Gather feedback and performance data to refine learning designs and improve learner outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum development, or adjacent field
• Proficiency with learning management systems, authoring tools, and instructional design software
• Strong grasp of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and assessment methodology
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities
• Experience with multimedia production or interactive design techniques
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work cross-functionally, and deliver on timelines
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning sciences, human resources, or equivalent professional experience
