What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Chicago Business Unit serving the six-state Midwest region
• Design and implement processes that improve efficiency and support business expansion
• Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless client service delivery and internal collaboration
• Analyze operational metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
• Provide leadership with reporting, analysis, and strategic operational planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
