About the Role

As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be the backbone of sales excellence at PortSwigger. In this full-time position based in Knutsford, you'll design and deliver training programmes, create compelling sales materials, and optimise the tools and processes that help our team win deals. You'll work closely with sales leadership and individual contributors to identify development opportunities and implement solutions that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver sales training programmes covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategy
• Develop sales collateral including presentations, product guides, case studies, and competitive positioning documents
• Manage and improve sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
• Analyse sales team performance and identify coaching and training priorities
• Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure sales alignment and effective campaign support
• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and resource library for sales reference
• Measure enablement programme effectiveness through adoption metrics and feedback

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or related function
• Ability to translate complex product and technical information into clear, engaging materials
• Strong proficiency with CRM software, learning platforms, and sales analytics tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management expertise with strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Natural collaborator comfortable working with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Problem-solver with initiative to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
