Your Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations whilst identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Coordinate between operations and marketing teams to ensure campaign delivery and operational support
• Track, analyse, and report on operational and marketing performance metrics
• Manage budgets for operational and marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Support business planning and contribute to strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business operations and/or marketing management
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
