Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, Go, or JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience with software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
- Experience leading or contributing to significant projects from conception through deployment and beyond
- Excellent problem-solving ability and capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to mentor, lead, or influence other developers
