Bosch Group is seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator (Coordinatore Operativo Manutenzione) for our Brembate, Lombardia facility. This full-time position is central to ensuring production efficiency, where you'll coordinate maintenance activities and keep our operations running smoothly.

About This Position

As a Coordinatore Operativo Manutenzione at Bosch Group in Brembate, you'll bridge our production and maintenance departments, managing multiple maintenance priorities and optimising resource allocation. This is a key operational role in a dynamic manufacturing environment where reliability and coordination drive success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and schedules across production areas
• Manage communication between production teams and maintenance staff
• Track maintenance workloads and ensure timely task completion
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution
• Document maintenance activities and monitor performance indicators
• Respond to equipment issues and assist in troubleshooting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes

What You Bring

• Experience in maintenance coordination or operations support, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, procedures, and safety standards
• Problem-solving capability and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) is advantageous
• Commitment to operational excellence and safety
