About This Position

Core Duties

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and validation protocols for vehicle systems and components
• Analyse test data and generate technical reports documenting findings, deviations, and recommendations
• Operate specialised testing equipment and instrumentation to evaluate performance, safety, and durability
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, regulations, and Bosch quality requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven experience in vehicle systems testing, quality assurance, or automotive validation
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data collection and technical reporting tools
• Solid understanding of automotive standards and testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a global, cross-functional environment
