Director, Solutions Engineering (Eastern US)

Qohash is seeking a Director, Solutions Engineering (Eastern US) to lead technical sales and customer engagement across the United States. In this full-time leadership role, you'll partner with CISOs and enterprise security leaders to drive adoption of our zero-copy data security platform, helping organizations achieve safe and compliant AI deployment at scale.

The Opportunity

Enterprises deploying AI face urgent pressure to secure sensitive data without sacrificing speed. Qohash's zero-copy platform enables organizations to discover, classify, and govern data where it lives—without moving or copying it. As Director of Solutions Engineering, you'll establish our U.S. technical sales function, building strategic partnerships with enterprise security leaders and driving growth in the expanding DSPM and data security market. Your established relationships across key U.S. markets and deep technical expertise position you to accelerate Qohash's market impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with large enterprise customers, assess data environments, identify security gaps, and establish success metrics that shape proposals and accelerate deal closure.
• Deliver technical narratives, architecture assessments, and proof-of-concept engagements translating data security improvements into measurable business value.
• Own complex objection handling, maintain awareness of competitive positioning and DSPM trends, and serve as trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and implementation cycle.
• Enable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions to expand revenue through partner-led and co-selling channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on RFPs, account expansion opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Build and scale the U.S. technical solutions engineering team, establishing best practices and customer success frameworks.
• Synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and technical gaps to inform product strategy and market positioning.
• Travel nationally to lead customer meetings, conferences, and strategic business engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer or technical leader in data security, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years selling, architecting, or implementing software platforms, cloud infrastructure, and IT solutions in regulated environments.
• Established relationships with CISOs and enterprise security leaders, particularly across Eastern U.S. markets including Washington D.C., Boston, and New York.
• Ability to communicate AI solutions, model capabilities, and technical value clearly to both engineers and executives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of influencing enterprise sales cycles and building strategic partnerships.
• Experience in high-velocity growth companies and selling into healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
