Senior Integration Software Developer

Learntastic is hiring a Senior Integration Software Developer to engineer solutions connecting our enterprise platforms across South Africa, working full-time. You'll lead technical buildouts across NetSuite, Salesforce, and Bullhorn, leveraging deep expertise in API systems and data quality governance to power our operational scalability.

Position Summary

You'll serve as the technical architect connecting our operating companies' systems and data. This role blends strategic integration planning with hands-on platform development—scoping data flows, executing platform transitions, and embedding governance frameworks that maintain data integrity as we scale. You'll partner with operations leadership, system administrators, technical teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.

Core Duties

• Construct and extend NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript, RESTlets, and SuiteFlow across manufacturing, import/export, and family office operations
• Develop Salesforce features via Apex, Lightning Web Components, and workflow automation to support both manufacturing and staffing divisions
• Engineer Bullhorn customizations, workflows, and platform integrations
• Craft REST API specifications that enable Application Developers and automated systems to integrate reliably
• Build connectors linking our enterprise software stack—NetSuite, Salesforce, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and adjacent platforms
• Shepherd large-scale data migrations, including field mapping, validation, and cutover execution
• Establish and enforce data standards, master data protocols, and referential integrity across all divisions
• Implement automation workflows using n8n and comparable iPaaS solutions
• Collaborate across departments—operating-company executives, administrators, business analysts, and vendor teams—on integration roadmap and technical decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or demonstrable equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional enterprise systems development
• Deep practical expertise in at least two: NetSuite (SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteFlow), Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows), or Bullhorn
• Proven capability in REST and SOAP API development, webhook implementation, OAuth patterns, and event-driven architecture
• Competent understanding of relational data modeling, master data management disciplines, and governance practices within ERP/CRM environments
• Direct experience with at least one iPaaS platform: n8n, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Make, or equivalent
• Fluent English communication (written and conversational), minimum B2 proficiency per CEFR standards
• Preferred additions: Track record delivering ERP or CRM migration initiatives, active certifications (SuiteCloud Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, Bullhorn Marketplace Partner), exposure to Power BI or data warehouse technologies, prior manufacturing or staffing sector experience
