Senior Integration Software Developer

Learntastic is hiring a Senior Integration Software Developer for a full-time position based in Armenia to design, architect, and maintain comprehensive system integrations across our enterprise platform ecosystem. You'll own the technical implementation of complex data migrations and API workflows that support critical business operations across multiple entities worldwide.

Position Summary

You will serve as the technical backbone connecting our enterprise systems—NetSuite, Salesforce, and Bullhorn—across manufacturing, import/export, staffing, and family office divisions. You'll develop scalable integrations that reliably move data between platforms, design APIs that empower application developers, and lead technical migrations including the transition from Zenople to Bullhorn. This position requires hands-on expertise with at least two major enterprise platforms, strong data governance instincts, and availability for a minimum three-hour daily overlap with U.S. Central Time to coordinate with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise system customizations using SuiteScript 2.1, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Bullhorn's extensibility frameworks
• Design and document RESTful APIs connecting NetSuite, Salesforce, Bullhorn, and third-party platforms including ZoomInfo, Pardot, Clay, and Fireflies
• Lead the technical execution of data migrations, including field mapping, validation rules, data quality checks, and cutover coordination
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, master data practices, and referential integrity across connected systems
• Build automation workflows using n8n and similar integration-as-a-platform solutions to orchestrate business processes
• Partner with operating company leaders, administrators, developers, and business analysts to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on enterprise systems development
• Deep expertise with at least two of the following: NetSuite (SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics), Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows), or Bullhorn
• Proven experience designing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth authentication, and event-driven integration patterns
• Solid foundation in data modeling, master data management, and data governance within ERP and CRM environments
• Working knowledge of at least one iPaaS or workflow automation platform such as n8n, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or Make
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher on the CEFR scale
• Experience leading ERP or CRM migration projects is strongly preferred
• Active certifications in SuiteCloud Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, or Bullhorn Marketplace Partner programs are advantageous
• Familiarity with Power BI, Supabase, or modern data warehousing architectures is a plus
• Prior experience in manufacturing or staffing industries is advantageous
