What You'll Do

- Develop, execute, and verify unit and integration tests in collaboration with the testing team
- Review code and provide mentorship to junior engineers and peers
- Diagnose and resolve build, deployment, and production issues independently
- Identify software process improvements and implement solutions in coordination with your team
- Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding, to enhance code quality and productivity
- Lead proof-of-concept projects exploring new technologies and development patterns
Requirements
- Expert proficiency with React and advanced TypeScript skills
- Strong command of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and formal software testing methodologies
- Practical experience deploying and managing Docker containers
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and/or AWS
- Solid understanding of REST API contract design
- Ability to independently translate high-level requirements into software solutions
- Demonstrated capacity to work without close supervision and deliver high-quality results
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud or web application development
