Recruitment Operations Manager – India & Philippines

WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd is recruiting a Recruitment Operations Manager for offices in India and the Philippines. This full-time position offers a hands-on leadership opportunity managing talent acquisition teams and driving recruitment excellence for enterprise clients.

What This Role Involves

You'll take on a dual leadership and strategic partnership role that combines team management with client collaboration. As the operations hub of your recruitment desk, you'll oversee recruiter teams, maintain client relationships, and champion sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive candidates. Your expertise in labor market dynamics, contracting logistics, and talent acquisition will enable you to provide actionable guidance to the broader team and serve as a consultative advisor to clients across diverse industries.

Your Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop your recruiter team, identifying capability gaps, coaching for improvement, and creating structured development and performance plans.
• Lead and motivate recruiter teams to achieve and exceed recruitment targets, quotas and key performance indicators across assigned accounts.
• Work closely with clients and your team to understand role requirements deeply, then architect tailored sourcing and positioning strategies.
• Set, communicate, and refine weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for individual team members; adjust and adapt these targets with agility based on business shifts.
• Own all employee management, including ongoing performance reviews, feedback cycles, appraisal administration, and career development discussions.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting to senior leadership, tracking metrics, ROI, and strategic progress across accounts.
• Understand and apply contract terms, P&L realities and account logistics to guide team decisions and resource allocation.
• Ensure team members are fluent in their SLAs, performance metrics, and the business impact of meeting or missing targets.
• Forecast resourcing capacity, strategically allocate staff and assignments, and balance workloads to maintain service quality.
• Monitor and respond promptly to client satisfaction concerns; implement solutions that drive productivity and relationship strength.
• Nurture and sustain a collaborative, high-performance culture within your teams.
• Define short and long-term priorities for accounts and individual recruitment pipelines; communicate these clearly.
• Audit team metrics, process compliance and administrative accuracy weekly; maintain strict data integrity standards.
• Collaborate with the CRM team, senior leadership, clients and external partners to align operations and execution.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics; share insights with the team about wins, challenges and improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to articulate expectations, objectives and strategies with clarity.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to develop, present and execute recruitment strategies tailored to client and market conditions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead through data; comfortable with metrics-driven decision-making.
• Deep business acumen across multiple industries, with insight into client operations and market drivers.
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings where priorities shift rapidly and flexibility is essential.
• Working knowledge of leading recruitment and ATS platforms, databases and sourcing tools.
• Proficiency across diverse sourcing methodologies: social media recruitment, alumni networks, Boolean searches, direct outreach, cold calling and creative sourcing approaches.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in RPO, staffing, or recruitment-focused environments (preferred).
