About the Role
As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you'll provide critical support to Disney Streaming subscribers who need guidance and assistance. This role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting skills and genuine customer service excellence. You will help viewers navigate our platforms, resolve account concerns, and discover content that matches their interests, directly contributing to their satisfaction and continued loyalty to Disney Streaming's premium services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond to viewer inquiries through phone and chat channels, addressing account management, billing, and navigation questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on streaming functionality and compatible devices
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on each viewer's interests and needs
- Maintain accurate records and process viewer requests within established guidelines
- Execute additional duties as assigned to support team priorities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable internet connection capable of supporting a minimum 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speed
- Willingness to support multiple products, systems, and geographic regions
