AI Strategy (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking an AI Strategy Consultant at the senior level. In this role, you will analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities through artificial intelligence applications. You will lead complex AI projects from concept through implementation, advising business units and developing customized AI strategies.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic consulting to executives on AI solution integration
• Developing concepts, feasibility studies, and prototypes for AI initiatives
• Designing and validating solution concepts and high-performance AI architectures
• Implementing and continuously optimizing AI solutions
• Assuming personnel responsibility for project teams
• Organizing and facilitating interdisciplinary workshops and training programs to foster AI literacy
• Supporting clients throughout their AI transformation initiatives
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of professional experience with a proven track record implementing AI solutions in corporate environments. You must have extensive experience in team leadership and project organization.

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency with AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain
• Experience with database systems including vector and graph databases
• Strong understanding of technical implementation and solution architecture design
• Advanced Python skills with experience in enterprise development standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with confidence interacting with clients
• Fluency in both German and English at C1 level minimum
• Willingness to travel
• Team-oriented, motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive work style
