Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Team Leader for their fulfillment operations in Fürth, Bavaria. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of daily operations, leading and inspiring a team of warehouse associates to achieve excellence.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ warehouse associates daily. You will be their primary point of contact, maintaining an open-door policy and fostering their professional development.
• Operational Coordination: Work collaboratively with other team leaders and shift management to proactively manage fulfillment center processes and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
• Daily Operations: Ensure all orders leave the facility on time, safely, and with the highest quality standards. You will remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations, providing stability for your team.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and work with leadership to continuously optimize logistics processes. You will encourage your team to think critically and actively participate in improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a similar field
• Alternatively, minimum 1 year of professional experience in team leadership or a similar supervisory position in logistics
• Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency to communicate effectively in an international team environment
• Flexibility to work two shifts (6:00 – 14:30 and 14:30 – 23:00, including Saturdays) in a 37.5-hour work week
• Passion for working with people and willingness to work hands-on alongside your team
